A few hundred meters from the UN building is the Botanical Garden, which houses several tropical greenhouses, a library with a magnificent herbarium, a park with deer and pink flamingoes, aviaries, ponds, children's playground, cafeteria and outdoor small shops with interesting souvenirs.
