On the square are several attractions puddle of old Dubrovnik. In the center is set Orlando's Column, on top of which four centuries in a row wearing the white flag of the republic.

Sponza Palace was built at the beginning of the XVI century in the late Gothic and early Renaissance. Once there was a customs and mint. Now here is the state archive. Note the graceful arcade and Gothic windows with openwork carving.

The baroque church of St. Blaise is dedicated to the patron saint of Dubrovnik. The altar of the church is the silver statue of the saint, who is holding a model of the city.

In the old town hall, built in neo-Gothic style, is now a theater, the city administration and cafes.
