Minilok Island and the island of Lagen - the largest resort in the municipality of El Nido. The first resort was built on the island Minilok in 1983 - originally it was a base for diving for tourists from Japan and Europe. Today, calm turquoise waters, big and small lagoons in the form of an orchid flower, abundant marine life of the island attracts hundreds of tourists. Scientists believe that once these lagoons were caves, and then they were flooded.

Minilok resort resembles a small coastal village, located in a cozy cove on the background of steep cliffs. Lagen Island is famous for its incredible variety of birds, most of which are endemic to the island of Palawan. One of the best places to observe the bird kingdom - Lagen trail. There is also a cave-Summer Summer - an important burial place of the late Neolithic, which were found jewelry from stones and shells, and pottery. The cave was investigated in 1965.

In one of the sheltered bays of the island, bordered by lush vegetation and limestone cliffs, is located Lagen Resort - most luxurious in the territory of El Nido. The resort is notable for its large pool - 12 meters by 25, a library and a clinic.
