On the territory of the Moscow Experimental Forestry District of Cheboksary is a monument to nature "Grove Guzowska" created by scientist - forester Bronislaw Ilyich Guzowska in 1896-1913 years.

Grove, named after a prominent Russian scientist, devoted his life to its creation, it stretches along the Volga River from Ilinka to Cheboksary. The park was created in order to restore oak groves by natural and artificial habitat. Guzowska made a significant contribution to the preservation and augmentation of oak forests Chuvash region. From 1896 on an area of ​​over 1,150 hectares were created special oak culture of value not only for the Middle Volga region, but also for Russia as a whole.
