Photos: Brussels City Hall
Brussels City Hall is located in the heart of the city, the Town Hall Square. It was built in 1420 in the Gothic style of Brabant. In 1455 it was replaced by the bell tower, topped by a statue of the archangel Michael slaying the dragon. At the beginning of the 18th century the building was attached to the two rear wing in the baroque style. Rooms are decorated with antique tapestries Town Hall and mirrors in gilt frames.
