The Church of Saint Paraskeva Tarnovo - is an Orthodox church in the town of Balchik. Construction of the church began at the initiative of the Romanian authorities in 1935 and lasted two years. He supervised the construction of the master Nikolai Panchev from the town of Dobrich. After the liberation of Dobrudzha in 1940 temporarily stopped the work. In 1946, the priest Vasily Demirov made for the continuation of construction, and with the support of the faithful temple was soon completed with funds donated by local residents.
