In May 1894 the regional newspaper "North Caucasus" announced the opening of Zheleznovodsk new bath building. At the same time the new building, it was decided to name the Spa Ostrovsky. The facade is decorated with tall windows with Moorish arches, red horizontal stripes, unusual circular dome made of metal, bright shimmering in the sun, at the entrance of the column and, of course, Arabic script.
