This complex is a popular spot among locals and visiting tourists. Area entire dendrological complex is about 5, 5 ha.

In late 1978, these territories have been allocated to the monument of nature. After 20 years, dendrological gardens botanical gardens became part of the Russian Federation and were entered in a special list.

The base of the complex took place in 1929 in the desert area located to the south side of the estate. Local soil was represented by heavy loams, which increasingly were podzolized.   The greatest number of sectors has been issued in the form of alleys, with the most successful are: Alley borovchatoy birch, Russian larch, common ash, maple platanoides grown in the period between 1946 and the 1960s.

Between 1971 and 1973 the territory of the park was introduced the necessary planting material delivered to the experimental breeding station of Lipetsk, as well as Ivanteevka nursery.
