All Saints Cemetery in Plavsk was founded in the 19th century in the cemetery complex was also a member of All Saints church with five domes, bell-tower, a hospice (House prizrevayuschih), the entrance gate. Presumably All Saints Cemetery was founded in 1861. The earliest of the discovered graves is a grave of 1868. Place in the cemetery took the pasture land to the west of the village of St. Sergius. It was located in the village Popovka, next to the old road of Mtsensk (today the street October).

In the 1970s the burial in the cemetery were discontinued. Documentary information about the graves are not retained. Found 27 tombstones 19 - early 20th centuries, among which the family burial Latysheva merchant, merchants Okunёvyh, the wife of a merchant Cherёmushkina BF (tombstone merchant moved to St. Sergius Church).

All Saints Church in the cemetery was laid in 1880 and consecrated in 1892. It was built with funds provided by Prince S. Gagarin and merchant IS Sazonov. Somewhat later, the temple was built the bell tower, which is executed in pseudo-Russian style. In terms of the bell tower has a square shape. It is topped with a bunk and a dull dome, standing on a high sloping roof. The first tier of the bell tower at the same time is the main carriageway gate. Belfry in 1930 was demolished.
