Arctic Park "Polaria", created in 1997 by the Department of Environment of Norway, is part of the Polar Research Center.

The museum building is a non-standard form: it is made in the form of ice blocks. Inside the museum is a panoramic cinema, layout coast with Northern Lights, aquariums with the inhabitants of the northern seas. Visitors show great interest to the seals lahtaham, popularly dubbed the bearded seal, thanks to good morals and the smartest. The unusual architecture and typical inhabitants of the Barents Sea and Spitsbergen, the main attraction of the museum made Tromsø.

Looking panoramic film about Arctic Norway, you will make air travel by helicopter over the banks of the harsh and unusually beautiful Spitsbergen - the largest island in the archipelago of Svalbard.
