Villa Khaimah Frenkel was built in 1908 on the idea of ​​leather goods factory owner Khaimah Frenkel. The villa was supposed to be home for a family master leather products. Frenkel family lived there for many years, but it so happened that in 1920, the villa appeared Jewish private high school, which was located there until 1940. During the Second World War here it was located and a German hospital and later Soviet Hospital.

In 1994, the house has been a museum. In the palace there are two exhibitions: one dedicated to the province of 19-20 century, and the other - the Jewish cultural heritage in Siauliai. The building has two living rooms: blue and yellow, three exhibition and interior room, and a library. Gallery museum work are "Royal", "Art of the East" and "portraits of noble."
