Sharjah Archaeological Museum, located in the emirate of Sharjah in the Al Abar, near the Science Museum - a permanent archive that stores archaeological artifacts discovered in the emirate. The discovery of this interesting museum took place in 1997. Archaeological excavations conducted in Sharjah began in 1970, Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, who at that time was the ruler of the emirate, attached special importance to culture and science. Sheikh wished that all found archaeological material were exhibited in a creative and artistic style.

Currently Sharjah Archaeological Museum - one of the best museums in the world. It is a place where history comes to life the city since ancient times.
