When it belonged to Wallenstein, those built on its territory a new palace in the late Gothic style. A family Kinský in the late XVIII century, rebuilt it in the Baroque style. After the Second World War the castle was confiscated and handed over to the rightful owners of his nursing home. Now Ryhmburk fortress housed a mental hospital, but some castle premises are open to tourists. You can view the courtyard and historical exposition, located in the crypt.
