The theater was founded VA Podobedova and a group of creative young people in August 1933. There was a theater in Khibinogorsk (now Kirov). At that time it was called the Thames (Theatre of young viewers). The debut of the theater took place with the fabulous performance of "Ivashka Batrachonok."
