Lake Garda Thermal Park is located in the small town of Cola di Lazise in the province of Veneto. This is a unique place where there are all conditions for rest, relaxation, health care, and even entertainment. The very thermal water having a temperature of 37 ° C in follows from the ground to a depth of 160 meters and falls into an artificially created lake. It is very low mineral content, and do not have any chemical contaminants. Such characteristics make this an excellent means of water both for prevention and for treatment of various skin disorders.

But Lake Garda Thermal Park is also a great place for walks among the old buildings, lush gardens. One of the most interesting buildings is the Villa Cedri, built in the late 18th century by the architect Luigi Canonica. During World War II it was the headquarters of the German Field Marshal Erwin Rommel. Villa Moskardo even more ancient - it dates from the 15th century. On its facade you can see a plate commemorating the visit to these places of Emperor Charles V in April 1530. In addition, the park has a guest house, stables, a magnificent greenhouse, constructed of wrought iron in the second half of the 19th century and decorated with a dome, and three house superintendent, chief of which is made in neo-Gothic style.

The creators of the park was probably a family Moskardo, repurchased the land in the middle of the 18th century. Their initiative continued to members of noble families Miniskalki-Eritstso comes from the Venetian doges and owned the park from the late 18th century until the early 20th century. They built a three-story neoclassical Villa Cedri. In the photo album of some of Richard Lotze, stored in the museum Miniskalki in Verona, you can see rare pictures of the park, made in 1860.

In 1989, the new owners of Villa Cedri decided to dig a well for the creation of an irrigation system in the vast park. At a depth of 160 meters for a surprise - hot thermal springs, rich in carbonic acid salts, calcium, magnesium, lithium and silicon. It was then that the idea to the construction of an artificial lake area of about 5000 square meters, which would be by means of pumps could pump thermal water. So there was a "Thermal Park Lake Garda." Underground laid a network of pumps with a total length of 6 km from 1400 injectors which supply water to different parts of the lake so that the temperature remains the same throughout the day. At the same time that the lake was built grotto - originally it served as a decorative element, but eventually turned into a real "spa" paradise of bodily pleasures.
