In the construction we used different architectural styles. Dominated by Baroque and Rococo styles. The house is a luxurious mansion of the early 20th - century. A two-story building. The house has different entrances on the first and second floors.

Corner of Central located on the right side and has a mezzanine floor. On the second floor is a bay window corbels. Dome from the roof gutter type. Erker support brackets, which are used in the finishing of interesting images: people's heads with lion faces adorned with garlands of leaves. Rizalit left wing is decorated with "Holy Grail." On the second floor is a balcony.

Another entrance to the building is located on the opposite side, from the territory adjacent garden. Above the entrance portico is a porch. The columns supporting the porch, connected by arches. Porch decorated with wrought fence. The house is lavishly decorated with stucco. At the top of the narrow niches fashioned elegant shell. The interior decoration of the house is particularly interesting tiled stoves.

Openwork fence garden made way hand-forged. Parts of the enclosure are connected by riveting.

On the ground floor is a pharmacy. The pharmacy was here before the revolution. It is known that in 1914 in a house on Bolshaya Lyadsky was "Pharmacy Schwarz." It was called so-called specialist Julia Ivanovic Schwartz. In Soviet times, the pharmacy number 14 subordinate pharmaceutical subdivision Gubzdrava. She was in charge of the same specialist Schwartz.

On the second floor is the Union of Architects of the Republic of Tatarstan.
