Institute Dr Simo Milosevic in Igalo was established in 1949. Located on the street Sava Ilic. Today it is - the largest, most well-known center in Mediterranean Europe, providing spa treatments profile.

Center Milosevic among the first began to use the complex as a physical and preventive medicine at the present level. It also may include rehabilitation, thalassotherapy, as well as gaining momentum modern concept of wellness. For these services the center took leading positions among other world-class center, engaged in rehabilitation as the elderly, so children and adults.

The Center is a department of the University of Montenegro - namely, a unit Podgorica Faculty of Medicine. In 1983, when the Institute was opened School of physicians receiving 35 students annually.
