Afitos - a small town on the northeast coast of Kassandra (Halkidiki). The settlement existed here in prehistoric times. In the archaic and classical periods Afitos was a thriving policy and had its own coinage.

Its narrow cobbled streets, ancient temples and buried in verdure stone houses in the traditional architectural style, create a unique atmosphere.
