Rupe Museum is located in a unique structure - "Granary Rupe", built at the end of the XVI century. in the old part of Dubrovnik. There are 15 large dry wells, carved in solid rock and covered with a special waterproof plaster. They are used to store grain. The total capacity of the old "silo" about 1,200 tons. Today, houses a collection of ethnographic museum - traditional folk costumes and household items. The ground floor houses a permanent exhibition of folk art in Croatia.
