Karfas - a small resort town on the east coast of the Greek island of Chios. It is located 6-7 km south of the eponymous capital of the island of Chios town (Chora), and just 3 km from the airport. The magnificent natural landscapes and stunning beaches of Karfas and the surrounding area every year attract increasing number of tourists (peak season is in July and August).

Today Karfas - one of the largest and most popular island resorts with well-developed tourist infrastructure. Here you will find a number of excellent hotels and comfortable apartments to suit all tastes, shops and mini-markets, as well as an abundance of cozy restaurants, taverns and cafes where you can relax and enjoy traditional local cuisine with a fine selection of fresh seafood. Famous for Karfas and its nightclubs and bars, so lovers of active evening out, will not be bored.

Karfas beach is considered one of the best on the island and deserves special attention. The beach is well organized and here you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay - deck chairs, sun umbrellas, cabanas, cozy cafes and bars where you can eat and freshen up, and, of course, clean fine sand and crystal-clear waters of the Aegean Sea. Sunset in the water is very comfortable, so Karfas is also ideal for families with children.

Enough entertainment there is here for fans of outdoor activities - beach volleyball, diving, jet skiing, kayaking, canoeing, scuba diving and more.
