Casinos Vanvitelliana - remarkable hunting lodge, located on a small island on the lake Lago Fusari in the commune of Bacoli in the Italian region of Campania. Up until the mid 18th century, the area around the lake was inhabited by little, and in 1752, the year she was declared the hunting grounds of the Bourbons, who commissioned the famous architect Luigi Vanvitelli to convert the local area. The architect designed an ambitious project, which he, alas, was not to realize - gradually completed the work of his son, Carlo Vanvitelli. It was he who in 1782, the year built a royal hunting lodge at the lake, at some distance from the shore. In this house, which has become known as a casino Vanvitelliana, stayed many outstanding personalities - Holy Roman Emperor Francesco II, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Gioacchino Rossini and the president of the Italian Republic, Luigi Einaudi.

From an architectural point of view Vanvitelliana Casinos it is one of the most remarkable buildings of the 18th century, in some ways resembles other hunting residence - Palazzina di Caccia di Stupinigi in Piedmont. It consists of three octagonal parts which are superposed on each other to form a pagoda. Huge windows are located on two levels and a long wooden bridge connects the casino with the lake.
