Brest Railway Museum was opened on May 15, 2002. The open-air museum collected samples of railway equipment in the history of railways in Belarus.

Especially for the old steam locomotives in the museum were laid special way, the standards of which in the past were different from modern standards. Thanks to these special ways we can today see old locomotives in motion. The total length of the ways the museum - 1,200 meters. The exposition is located on an area of ​​29 thousand sq. M. meters.

All locomotives, diesel locomotives, wagons and other equipment are in perfect working order, which allows them to use for filming and tours.

The oldest exhibit of the museum - the car of 1915 and a steam locomotive 1926 release. In Brest museum contains an impressive collection of steam locomotives, diesel locomotives with two- and four-cars 1903-1940 years of release, as well as two unique steam railway construction crane.

This rare exhibition allows us to trace the development of railway technology in our country since the beginning of the XX century. Among the exhibits are the locomotive that brought a delegation to the Potsdam Conference.

The most fully represented and construction equipment repair of railways, as well as military cars of the Great Patriotic War, including a car with anti-aircraft guns, medical staff and coaches.
