House of Art - a museum of international modern art in Bregenz, the capital of the Austrian federal state of Vorarlberg. The museum is one of the most prominent galleries of contemporary art in Europe in terms of the richness and originality of exhibition programs.

The Arts House was built in 1996 by the Swiss architect Peter Tsumtorona by the state order. The impressive four-storey building of the museum is located in the "Lower Town," near the lake.

One of the major contemporary art galleries is a fine example of architectural minimalism. The building is in the form of a cube of glass, resting on a metal base with concrete walls inside. The facade consists of glass panels of equal size. The spatial concept presupposes the existence of daylight in all spaces of the museum. Showrooms are located in an area of 1880 square meters. The interior is dominated unpainted concrete. On the first floor are offices, foyers, as well as a small exhibition area of 500 square meters. Upper floors have high ceilings, each of which can be used as one large space or decrease through mobile partitions, depending on the project. All of these designed interiors are a great place for art installations.

House of Art holds not only international exhibitions and projects, but also contributes to the formation of the cultural identity of the region, exposing young professionals in regional exhibitions. Examples are the works by Gottfried Bechtold, Silvretta, Jenny Holzer, as demonstrated during the temporary projects.

Along with the exhibitions, the museum offers a comprehensive educational program, as well as publish interesting papers and articles, thematic catalogs for professionals and visitors.
