Troldhaugen Manor is 10 km from Bergen on the shore of the fjord in a beautiful place. It is the home of Edvard Grieg, built in 1885. The composer lived here for 22 years and it is here composed his best works. Nearby, in the rock on the beach, he is buried with his wife.

In the museum you can see the personal belongings of the composer, and numerous photos. He survived a small workshop of the composer to his desk. It often hosts music concerts.
