St. Peter Church (Saint-Pierre) in Avignon is located on one of the central squares of the city - Place Saint-Pierre. The first church building was built in VII century. The facade of the church is decorated in the style of a later Flamboyant Gothic, which is characterized by a large number of jewelry shaped like long flames.
