The farmstead is located in the village of Voskresenskoe Nekouz Resurrection, on the left bank Korbuhi. According to documents in 1774 it was part of the village Mologa district and in the possession of several persons: Antipater Konovnitsyn, Gerasimos Micka, Seeds Kupreyanova, Anna and Anna Khitrova Mansurova. In the late 18th century in the village there were two wooden churches: St. Nicholas and the Resurrection and the estate with two ponds and a wooden manor house.

In 1795, Resurrection Church was built in stone. Next to the church is a cemetery. In 1864 the estate came into the possession of the titular counselor DD Balashov.

The first plantings on the estate are at the end of the 18th century. They are a group of elms and lime trees and alleys. Time Share of the park coincides with the construction of a stone church here. At that time, a significant difference in the composition of the park had the ponds, it is clearly seen on the old plans. In the late 19th century on the south-western part of the estate was planted birch grove on the perimeter of the cemetery next to the church were formed regular planting maples and birches.

Currently parklands several fragmented and scattered throughout the Resurrection, they occupy an area of about 17, 5 hectares.

The mansion is from the east driveway. On the left side of the entrance is a large pond with a channel, the two islands of different sizes, regular lime plantations with the inclusion of the western shore of the elm, small groups of yellow acacia and lilac.

Most likely, the main manor house was located on the west side of the pond. To the north is a second pond, slightly smaller in size. Ponds are now in the overgrown state.

In the north-eastern part of the manor house is a two-storey stone building (in 1908 it was Zemstvo school), to its eastern facade is a small orchard.

The central part of the estate is a modern rural buildings and gardens.

One of the valuable pieces of parkland so far remained in the northwest of the estate. It is a group of thirty-old lindens, special interest among them is the so-called "green gazebo" in the form of a very thick round planting of twenty trees, the diameter of the circle is 5 m. The ranks of the large pond and the planting are the oldest in the estate, they about 200 years.

The other two large extant land plants date from the late 19th century: the first - is the territory of the cemetery to the church, lined with birches, maples and lindens (in the north of the park); the second - a birch grove on the shore of an unnamed creek, in the southwest of the manor. On the south side of the church remains of birch plantings.

Resurrection Park is a typical example vnutriselskogo Park late 18th and early 19th centuries with delicious planning elements in the form of ponds, and the "green pergola" of lime.

Particular attention on the estate attracts Church of the Resurrection of Christ, which was built in 1796. Church - storey. Below is a warm temple on the second floor - a cold summer. In the temple, four altars in honor of the Resurrection of Christ, in honor of St. Nicholas, in honor of Our Lady of the Sign, in honor of the Nine Martyrs.

At the altar of the church is a monument of black marble. Here lie the remains of Alexander Orlov, a priest who served in the church for half a century and enjoyed great respect and love members. In 1877, on his initiative here we opened the parish school. The church operates today. On Sundays and public holidays are held in the temple service.
