The waterfall is located on the white water river Stakevska, which flows in the north-western part of the Balkan Mountains (the name of the Bulgarian Stara Planina). The waterfall is located near the village of Stakevtsi that the Bulgarian community in Belogradchik. Bela Voda located in a picturesque location. The waterfall consists of two consecutive, the total height is about 15 meters. In 1976 Bela Falls Water has been declared a natural landmark and is included in the longest eco-route in the Western Balkans. On the river you can see several smaller waterfalls.

To get to the waterfall is very simple, it is necessary only to pass through the village Stakevtsi on the main road that goes from the village up to the mountain. Coming out of the village, on the road, you will see information boards telling about the flora and fauna of the area. After about 500 meters up the road you get to the junction, the left of which is a sign depicting a white bird on a red background with the words "protected area", you can also see white-red marks on the trees.

Sam Falls white water is in the valley, it is possible to go down the steep path.

The road to the waterfall is good enough, so it can be reached by car. If you walk from the village on foot, the path will take about 30-40 minutes walk to the quiet pace.
