Old Mint Ulm is a real decoration of the city: the building was built in the mid 16th century. Initially, the functional purpose of home combined with his name - is actually making money. At the end of the 16th century, namely in 1589, the ground floor of a wooden Mint lined with brick. But in 1620, we had two floors are built in such a wonderful and traditional German half-timbered style. The neighborhood of brick and dark wood, a special plaster - all that remained to this day.

Beginning in 1624 the appointment of a building is constantly changing here, in front of no less famous "incident" at home, between two arms of a small river Blau was and creamery, and the malt mill. In each case, the building was reconstructed a bit, changed its interior decoration. One of the reminders of what happened here, is considered to be a water wheel, which is preserved on the south side of the building. This continued until the mid-20th century. Mint quite badly damaged by the impact of aviation in 1944, but today the building is restored and serves as one of the tourist points of the program.
