Pardubice villa "Eve" is the second title. Her name Kříž Villa Victoria on behalf of the client and the first owner. It is located in a quiet part of Pardubice near Bubenikovymi gardens on the shore of a small lake. It was erected in 1925 and designed by Karl Turnips, who personally supervised the construction and supervised workers.
Turnip Karl returned to his hometown of Pardubice from Ljubljana and immediately received an offer of cooperation from Jose Plecnik, who was considered a major developer in the time of President Masaryk. In Pardubice began construction boom, suggests the emergence of many private villas. Rich fully trusted architects, allowed to realize their ideas, so working with them was profitable not only financially, but also from a creative standpoint.

The mansion turned out nice and neat, surrounded by terraces, railings which were decorated with flower pots. Random passers-by froze when they saw the window frames are painted in white and green colors and shades of pink door. But customers liked the villa, so it was decided to leave everything as it is.
