The temple was founded in 1710. Customer construction made Pardubice merchant Jakub Antonin Shtrose. A new draft of the temple and its construction involved a local architect Jakub Pechiney. The church, consecrated in the name of Our Lady of Suffering, was built very quickly - within six months. The temple is located in the cemetery was a place of calm and relatives of the dead, though it properly conducted all the services, and the local people came there as an ordinary church.

The cemetery was soon destroyed, but the wall surrounding the churchyard and dated 1715 year left. Until now, you can see next to the Church of Our Lady of Suffering ancient stonework.

Such a fate awaited and the local church of Our Lady of Suffering. It closed in 1786, it stood abandoned for several years, until he did not use the building as a storage for wood products factory.

Only in 2006 the townspeople decided to restore the temple, which invited the entire team of architects and designers. Who baroque church reopened its doors to the faithful. Almost all of the interior, which can be seen in the church, preserved from the past centuries.
