Place of pilgrimage for many believers is near the Czech town of Králíky. To get to the temple complex on a high mountain named after the Mother of God, you need to go the mall, decoration of the chapel, which starts in the city. Each visitor must pass the stairs, which is a copy of the Holy stages on which Jesus Christ was to be in front of Pontius Pilate. Many people have overcome it, like the original, which is now kept in Rome, on my knees.

Once upon a time, in the XVII century, Kralicky mountain, which is often called the Bald, was considered a holy place, dedicated to children .  On this hill local children went in search of the higher powers of protection .  There were carried out various kinds of ceremonies, we are in the process officiant for the youngest parishioners .  Among the congregation was a juvenile and Tobias Jan Becker, who later occupied a high position in the church hierarchy, but not forgotten his childhood experiences, and therefore gave the order to build the church on the hill .  Construction of the temple was completed in 1700 .  At the same time it was consecrated and opened to the faithful who could kneel before the valuable icon of the Mother of God .  It has become the main treasure of the temple complex on Bald Mountain, which a few years later was renamed in honor of the Virgin Mary .  After 10 years, next to the church there was a building of the monastery where the first inhabited the Holy Fathers of the Servite Order, and since 1883 - monks Redemptorists .  In the middle of the XX century the monastery was turned into a prison for priests, which lasted 10 years .  Now here all run by nuns .
