After one year, namely 17 August 1897 was the solemn blessing of the new monastery of the aligned Pskov Bishop Anthony. During the celebration attended St. John of Kronstadt and his spiritual son gave his father, Paul, and the future of Moscow Patriarch of All Russia Alexy I.

One hundred years later, in the fall of 2003, according to the permission and blessing of Bishop Eusebius of Pskov and Velikiye for new revival of the Saviour Monastery of Kazan began its work in the community of the parish church of Our Lady of Kazan.
