Arsenal was built in the middle of the XVII century by the architect Antonio Solari as an armory for the distribution of its population in the event of another threat of attack the Turks. Now it contains over 30 thousand weapons.
The first floor is devoted to heavy guns, flintlock pistols and rifles. You can also see the field and marine deck gun. On the second floor is exposed cavalry and infantry weapons, as well as many guns. On the third floor you can see the arms of the aristocracy, the tournament weapons and battle armor. On the fourth floor presents the musical instruments of military bands.
