"Night Safari" in Chiang Mai - one of three such parks in the world, the other two are located in China and Singapore. Official opening of the amusement park "Night Safari" was held on 6 February 2006.
In the park there are three areas in which animals are kept similar habitats in the region. Zone "Savannah Safari" includes animals of the African savannah. In total there are 34 species and 320 species, such as wildebeest, giraffes, white rhinos, zebras and others. In "Zone predators" contains about 200 specimens of 27 species of carnivores such as tigers, lions, crocodiles, African black bear and others. "Jaguar Zone" includes the road in 1, 2 km around the beautiful lake, surrounded by flower gardens. In this zone represented 50 species of animals such as white tigers, jaguars, capybaras, clouded leopards, jungle cats, Brazilian tapirs, monkeys and other miniature.
"Night Safari" in Chiang Mai involves both daily operation as a normal zoo, and night - to observe the life of nocturnal animals and hunting predators. For the safety of our guests are special protected bus, while the animals are in the wild.
In the entertainment park "Night Safari" is the biggest and most beautiful in the whole of Southeast Asia, a musical fountain and water screen. Its dimensions are 7h31 meter. Every evening held here musical laser light show, which leaves a powerful impression.
