Photo: Cathedral of St. Nicholas
The first wooden church on the site was built in the 60s of XIX century. From an architectural point of view, it was a quadrangle, one dome-covered dome adjoined the refectory and belfry. In the 30s of the twentieth century, in the wake of the struggle with the Church, the church was closed. But during the war, in 1944, he was returned to believers, they began to hold services and a church is not closed. In the 80-ies the church was completely rebuilt and enlarged, but the former appearance has been carefully preserved. Since 1995 - is the cathedral of the diocese.
