In the central area of ​​the city of Volgograd in September 1954 opened the largest and most beautiful planetarium Russia, listed in the top eight planetariums in the world. The planetarium is on the first restored (after the Battle of Stalingrad) Street - the street of the World, at the intersection with the street Gagarin.
