Church Alexei man of God was part of the complex of buildings of district hospital. The hospital was opened in 1866. Alekseevskaya church is about 1887.

District hospital was pavilion type and characteristics of the architecture and layout of the buildings is typical for railroad and county medical facilities. The church was built with the help of the first guild merchant city of Ivanovo-Voznesensk Novikov AN, who led the grain trade.

Alexievskaya church is the small size of the temple, built in the Russian style, typical of the period of eclecticism .  His compositional solution - a compact quadrangle with a low hipped roof bell tower and semicircular apse type .  The bell tower is connected to the short porch Chetverikov narrow junction .  Smooth low base of the building is lined with white stone (from it is made individual elements of the facade decoration) .  The corners of the quadrangle emphasizes beams columns with capitals cubic form, supporting a wide toothed ledge .  On the side facades of the building are the church recruited from alternating layers of stone and brick trim trims two columnar windows set high enough and ends semicircular innovative features that have keeled pointed at the top .  The pier is located between a vertical rectangular panel in the plane of the entrance portal is decorated with massive archivolt keeled shape, resting on columns of white stone .  The decor of the porch and apse consists of a similar casings and crowning cornice with a strip of curb .  The lower quadrangular bell tower adjacent to the lowered side of the tent, it is crowned with tetrahedral belfry .  The profiled archivolt arches tier ringing in his pants at the angular massive abutments used insert made of white stone .

After the church was closed, and the church belfry finial was lost, destroyed the interior, windows laid. In the early 1990s the church again handed over to believers. It was carried out repairs.

Today the temple is a farmstead Aleksievsky St. Nicholas Monastery Shartomskogo. In spring 1995, the first prayer service was held. His father spent the Seraphim with the blessing of Archimandrite Nikon, the abbot of the monastery.
