On the east coast of the island of Paros (Cyclades) a few kilometers south of the town of Marpissa and 18 kilometers south-east of the wigs (the administrative center of the island) is a small resort town of Piso Livadi.

The picturesque village of Piso Livadi is considered the best part of the southern coast of the island of Paros. In recent years, significantly changed its tourist infrastructure. Today Piso has an excellent selection of comfortable hotels and apartments. It is famous for the town and excellent restaurants, taverns and cafes with excellent Greek cuisine. Here you can relax and enjoy the excellent fresh fish and seafood. Please travelers and a great urban sandy beach with trees.

In Piso Livadi has a small port where many fishing boats moored and yachts, as well as make regular flights from here to the islands of Naxos, Mykonos and Santorini. This provides an excellent opportunity to make a fascinating tour or a small sea cruise.

Close to the city harbor (less than 1 km) is a beautiful beach Lagaros, awarded the famous "blue flag", followed immediately by the same name village where mainly focused hotels and apartments. This place is ideal for swimming and snorkeling, and sport fishing and other water sports. On the hill that dominates the village, it is a small snow-white church of St. George, dating from the 13th century. In the church there are interesting ancient frescoes, unfortunately not very well preserved to the present day.

To the south of Piso Livadi is also a number of excellent beaches, the most famous of which - "Golden Beach" - one of the best beaches on the island and a popular place for windsurfers and kitesurfers.
