Church of St. Nicholas - a true architectural masterpiece in the neoclassical style, created in 1799-1801 years. designed by Russian architect Jacob Perrin, conquering its impressive facade with columns at the three entrances, a large bell tower and dome. At the entrance visitors are greeted by a sculpture of Mary Purple, managed to prevent the destruction of the church during the Crimean War.

For indigenous people the church of St. Nicholas is the oldest building in the city, well-known securities unusual icons, one of which depicts the face of St. Nicholas on the background seascape. The interior of the church symbolizes the harmony of goodness, love, unity and peace.

Visiting hours: from 1 July to 31 August.
