The house Antropova, as we know from documents long since there was a pharmacy. It was the first pharmacy in the Prolomnaya. Later, it was called "Staroprolomnaya." It is assumed that the pharmacy was in the house since its foundation.

Later the building was sold to the homeowner I. Breningu Kazan. Brening did not close the pharmacy, but handed over the empty space under the sausage and tea shops. Himself Brening settled in apartment house on the University.

It is estimated that in the late eighties to the pharmacy Prolomnaya visited Kazan governor (actual state councilor, chamberlain of the Imperial Household, Count Poltoratsky).
