One of the historical architectural "highlights" of Dnepropetrovsk is the so-called "House Khrennikov", built in 1913 on the corner of Catherine Avenue (now the Karl Marx Avenue) and Pervozvanovskoy Street (now st. The house was opened B. Khrennikov theater hall, which housed a cinema "Palas". In a short time in the apartment house began its work a number of stores: Shop Wines NN Beketov, gun shop FP Dedikova shop shopping center "Shlapakovy and Co" and many others.
