Museum-Estate "Pruzhany Palace" - a monument of architecture of XIX century. The building was constructed in a very unusual for Belarusian farmsteads Italian style - a country house in the style of the early Renaissance. On all sides bright light surrounds the palace, shady park with a pond and a network of canals, which is spanned by graceful bridges.

Manor belonged Shvykovskomu Valent, which it had inherited. The new owner was fascinated by the old park and started a big change. He carried a dilapidated wooden house, has presented in 1795 by Catherine II Field Marshal of Russian troops, Count PA Rumyantsev Transdanubia along with the name. In its place, the renowned Italian architect Francisco Maria Lanzi, specially invited to Pruzhany, Pruzhany built a magnificent palace.
